🏃🏻‍➡️ Body and routine

I’ve been slowly losing weight since last October, trying to change my eat habits a little bit at a time. Doing a “Meal Preparation Day” is something that really does a big change to keep the food options during the week. I continue to play tennis and try to create a gym routine.

I’m also trying to stay away for screens during the day and specially at night, before going to bed. My current Average Screen Time is 4h5m. I’ll leave this here to see if I can improve for the next month.

📖 Reading

Still trying to finish “I, Robot” book.

📺 Watching

  • The Boys” (Prime Video)
  • Euphoria” (HBO)
  • Hacks” (HBO), trying to be caught up for the last season.

🎵 Listening

2826 minutes in April. Top 3 is: Blur, Panic! At the Disco and Gorillaz.

🕹️ Playing

  • Balatro. You just can’t stop playing this game.
  • Cities Skylines. After more than 400 hours of SimCity 4, it’s time to try newer city building simulations and I heard a lot of good things about Cities Skylines, so I’m giving a try and I’m liking it so far.
  • Finished Resident Evil 4 (finally). I really liked this one and the ending got me excited for the next ones, but I guess I’ll try to pick a JRPG for my next single campaign game.
